General Information

If other people have departed on the morning of your arrival you will be unable to enter the apartment before 2pm due to cleaning.

You must leave the apartment by 10am prompt. Other people may be due to arrive on the day of your departure and the cleaner will arrive at 10am to prepare the apartment for their arrival.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. Refunds will not be given for cancellations where the full balance has been paid.

Your outstanding balance is required no less than 5 weeks prior to departure (not including last-minute bookings).

There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge that opens out into a king size bed. Therefore the apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people.

Over 21’s preferred unless it’s a family booking.

The apartment keys will be posted to you 10 days prior to your departure. You would be required to post them back to us on your return.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. Linen and towels are changed once a week.

We recommend you take your own beach towels for use by the pool, at the beach or at the water park.

We do not ask for a security deposit to cover breakages or damage. However, we request that you respect our property and furnishings as you would your own at home. You can report any issues or faults to the cleaner and apartment manager . We would ask that you attempt to replace any items broken during your stay.

Apartment Information

Please Note:

Items have previously gone missing from our apartment that have not been reported as broken or faulty. These items were not replaced by the tenant so we have no choice but to assume they were stolen.

Contents are checked during cleaning and maintenance of the apartment before and after your stay. If items of significant value are found to be missing after you leave you will be contacted and the issue may be reported to the police.
