LOCATION This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the private Los Diamantes 1 complex, approximately 15 minutes from the airport (taxi fare is approx €20 from the airport to the apartment). It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach, has nearby bars and restaurants and a large shopping centre that is only five minute stroll away! |

THE APARTMENT The bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The comfy lounge area has a couch/sofa bed, TV with Sky channels, storage unit and iPod stereo system. The décor is clean and bright. The lounge area also has patio doors that open onto the terrace, which has an awning and outdoor dining set. From the terrace there are steps down to the balcony, which has it’s own sun-beds, and there is a wonderful view over the newly-refurbished pool, apartment complex and the sea. The apartment is situated on Part 1 of the Los Diamantes complex and has its own pool. Whilst staying in Part 1 you will also be able to make use of all the facilities in Part 2 of the complex. The quiet pool area is also surrounded by sun-beds for you to use. Locally there are numerous restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, bars, a bank, ticket-booking services, car hire services, taxis, bus stops, beach etc. There’s a large outdoor market weekly in both Los Cristianos (Sundays) and Las Americas (Thursdays). There’s a wide range of activities and excursions available to keep you busy. Go sailing, snorkelling, hiking, shopping, camel riding, exploring, swimming, sunbathing.... the list is endless! Los Cristianos also has a pharmacy, a doctor, a dentist and an optician as well as the local hospital in case of emergency or minor ailments/accidents. |
